Headteacher
Daley oversees all aspects of school life at Newton East and Newton West Site, working with staff, pupils and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for every child.
Karl O’Reilly
Senior Deputy Headteacher
Karl leads on curriculum, teaching and learning at both sites, ensuring every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential.
Ollie Maltby
Deputy Headteacher – Newton West Site
Ollie leads the day-to-day running of our Newton West Site, helping to ensure pupils receive high-quality teaching and support. He also leads on attendance and behaviour, working closely with families and staff to help every pupil achieve their best.
Kate White
Deputy Headteacher – Newton East Site
Kate oversees the day-to-day running of our Newton East Site, ensuring pupils at this site receive high-quality teaching and support. She also oversees the management and care of pupils with complex medical needs.
Kate Fell
Assistant Headteacher
Based mainly at Newton West, Kate leads on curriculum development, personal development, careers and Post 16 provision. She is also our ‘community champion’.
Vicky Chapman
Assistant Headteacher
Based mainly at Newton West, Vicky helps to make sure teachers are supported to be the best they can be, especially Early Career Teachers. She also leads phonics and reading across the school.
Julia Kay
Assistant Headteacher & SENDCO
Julia is our whole school SENDCo and is the key contact for families regarding SEND support, EHCPs and annual reviews. She works closely with families and staff to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.
Kathryn Betts
Designated Safeguarding & Inclusion Lead
Kathryn oversees whole school safeguarding, family support and provision for our most vulnerable pupils, ensuring children and families receive the help they need.

School Resources Manager
Deb oversees reception staff, resource procurement, budget monitoring, site management and premises improvement projects to ensure the school runs smoothly. She is also our Examinations Officer.

Jo works closely with Daley to oversee the school’s budget, financial planning and resource allocation, ensuring effective financial processes that support the best outcomes for pupils.
